This category recognises exceptional practise, leadership, investment and/or innovation in the sustainable engagement of Indigenous businesses in supply chains and the employment of Indigenous people.
Award Eligibility: This award category is open to businesses, contractors, corporate and government organisations that have partnered with the NSWICC to increase their capacity to engage Indigenous businesses and employ Indigenous people and to support a business-as-usual environment that values Indigenous inclusion and engagement.
About the awards
The Summit Awards showcase and celebrate leadership and outstanding achievements by businesses, government departments, agencies, and individuals. Category nominations will be judged on their contribution to economic outcomes for Indigenous people and communities in NSW, through the growth of Indigenous owned businesses and their engagement in government and industry supply chains and the employment and career advancement of Indigenous people.
